The story begins in St. Petersburg, Missouri, on the shores of the Mississippi River. Two young boys, Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn, have each found a sum of money in a cave as a result of their earlier adventures. Huck has been placed under the guardianship of the Widow Douglas who is attempting to sivilize him. Huck appreciates her effort but still likes sleeping out and using normal cloth. Tom Sawyer appear helping Huck escape at night from the house. They meet up with Tom Sawyer's gang, who plan to carry out adventurous crimes.
Chapter 2: Pap comes To Town
Suddenly Hucks father "Pap," apears an abusive parent and drunk. Although Huck is successful in preventing his Pap from stooling his fortune, Pap gains custody of Huck and they both move to the backwoods where Huck is kept locked inside his father's cabin. Huck escapes from the cabin, elaborately fakes his own death, and sets off down the Mississippi River.
Chapter 3: On The River
While living along the Mississippi, Huck happily meets with Miss Watson's slave Jim on Jackson's Island, Huck learns that Jim run away, after Miss Watson try to sell him for 800 dollars where conditions for slaves were even harder. Jim is trying to get to Cairo, Illinois, to get to Ohio, a free state. At first, Huck is thinking to tell someone about Jim's running away, but when they start traveling together, they talk , and Huck begins to know more about Jim's past and his difficult life. As the talks continue, Huck begins to change his opinion about people, slavery, and life in general.

Huck and Jim get up in a cavern on Jackson's Island to wait out for a storm. When they can they go out around the river looking for food, wood, and other items. One night, they find a raft on the river to travel down the Mississippi. Later, there find a house floating down the river and they enter in it to grab what they can. Entering one room, Jim finds a man lying dead on the floor, shot in the back Jim refuses to let Huck see the man's face. To find out the latest news in the area, Huck dresses as a girl and practice how the act to go town.

He enters in the house of a woman, thinking she won't recognize him. As they talk, she tells Huck there is a $300 reward for Jim, who is accused of killing Huck. She becomes suspicious of Huck's true gender and these suspicions are confirmed when she sees he cannot thread a needle. She tricks him into revealing he's a boy, but allows him to run. He returns to the island, tells Jim of the man hunt, and the two get on the raft and leave the island.
Chapter 6: The Broken Steamboat
Huck and Jim travel down the river at night because it’s safer. One night they see an old broken steamboat. Huck looks inside and sees a man with a gun who is going to kill another man. Huck and Jim steal the men’s boat and get help.
Chapter 7: Lost In The Fog
The next night, Huck and Jim get lost in the fog and they can’t find each other. The following night, two men with guns approach their raft, looking for Jim. Huck convinces them that he is with his sick father. The men are afraid and go away. The following night, a steamboat hits the raft and destroys it. Huck is convinced that Jim is dead.

Jim is captured by Mr. Phelps and taken prisoner at his farm. Huck goes to the farm and Aunt Sally thinks that Huck is actually Tom Sawyer. Huck pretends to go into town to get his bags and meets Tom on his way to the farm. At first, Tom thinks Huck is a ghost, but when Huck explains all about his adventures, they decide to help Jim to escape together. Tom pretends to be Sid Sawyer and they begin planning the escape.
Chapter 12: Escape Plan
Huck suggests stealing the key, but Tom wants to do it the difficult way, like in the stories he has read.
Chapter 13: Prison Life
Huck and Tom continue with the escape plans, making things more difficult by writing a letter to warn people that a gang of robbers is coming to steal the slave. A lot of farmers with guns gather at the farm.
Chapter 14: Yours, Huck Finn
During the escape, Tom is shot in the leg. They reach an island and Jim is a free man, but Tom is ill and they need a doctor. Huck goes to get a doctor and he goes to help Tom, but as a result, Jim is captured again. They all go back to the farm and Tom and Huck tell everybody the true story. Tom also tells how Widow Douglas had freed Jim just before she died two months earlier. Jim is a free man after all.

After the duke and king ‘’disappear’’, Jim gets lost. Huck meets again with Tom Sawyer, and they made a plan to rescue Jim. They were many good options as many bad options. They tried many plans, and forgot many plans. After all, they rescued Jim, but another problem appeared… Because Jim was a slave, he became a fugitive when he escaped from prison. Some men discovered a sign that said that Jim was wanted and the one who droves him to the jail, will receive 200 dollars. That men find Jim and Huck running, Tom Sawyer was shot while running and he liked it! Aunt Sally, Tom Sawyer’s aunt, find out that Tom was shot. She called a doctor and she was so worried that almost died. When Aunt Sally ask Huck what happened, he had to said the truth. Afterwards, Huck discovers that his dad died, but he got again his 6,000 dollars, and he became Jim’s best friend, almost Tom Sawyer’s brother, and everyone was happy. Jim was free. Tom was proud of his bravery, and Huck was rich. Everyone had a very crazy life.

Pap wanted the money that huck had saved, huck gave the money to judge for him to save the money. pap ask him for the money, huck answered I don’t have it. Pap took huck to a caven he kept him there for him not to leave. He escaped, he did a hole in the wall under the bed and he escaped but he kill a pig and broke the door and spread the pigs blood to the river and threw the pig into the river, he found a canoe and paddled away.Huck found an isle, he went fishing for food . he found jim and jim thought he was a ghost , they went to sleep, the next morning they talk about how did they escape.

Huck goes to look for him and the family confuse him with tom.Huck and tom creat a plan to free jim. They made jim life like a prisioner, with rats and writing on rocks.
